Rhodes is providing Design-Build services for the new South Orange Retail project located in the SoDo District of Orlando.
The project consists of demolition of existing commercial and residential structures to accommodate the new multi-tenant retail center and site. South Orange will be home to several new national tenants with the project schedule to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2017.
