Rhodes is providing Design-Build services for Launch Federal Credit Union’s new Ormond Beach, FL branch.
The new branch continues Launch FCU’s expansion throughout Brevard and Volusia Counties and utilized a prototype branch design developed by the Design-Build team of Rhodes Building Company, BHM Architecture and Joseph Lawrence and Co Engineering.
Rhodes also provided Pre-Construction services for the project, including site feasibility, due-diligence and annexation.
Construction is slated to be complete first quarter 2018.
