Launch Federal Credit Union’s Ormond Beach, FL branch project is complete, with Rhodes Building Company having provided Pre-Construction and Design-Build services for the project
Rhodes Building Company provided Design-Build services for the phased “Renovation and Vault Addition” projects at KSCFCU’s Titusville branch in 2013. The project scope included renovations to the interior of the branch, roof replacement and the addition of a new 300 SF cash and safe deposit vault.
A phased project schedule was utilized to complete construction, while not impacting the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Rhodes Building Company provided Design-Build services for this 3,660 SF interior renovation and roof replacement project.

The project scope included renovations to the interior of the branch, site improvements to add parking and a drive-thru bypass lane, ROW improvements and sanitary sewer connection to a new lift station.

The projects scope included complete renovations to the interior of the branch and site improvements to add parking and re-align the drive-up ATM lane and parking configurations.

Rhodes Building Company and it’s team consisting of BHM Architecture, Joseph Lawrence and Co, Gutherman Structural and Morgan and Associates were charged with the task of developing a building program and prototype branch design to kick start Launch FCU’s growth in Brevard and Volusia counties.
The open floor plan features member service stations, loan offices, a walk up teller line, drive-thru services and safety deposit services.
Completed in February of 2014 the structure consists of concrete, structural steel, masonry and pre-cast concrete panels. Other notable features of the facility include sustainable finish materials, LED lighting, building automation and access controls .
Launch Federal Credit Union’s Orange City, FL branch project is complete, with Rhodes Building Company having provided Pre-Construction and Design-Build services for the project.
The Orange City branch continues Launch FCU’s expansion throughout Brevard and Volusia Counties and utilized a prototype branch design developed by the Design-Build team of Rhodes Building Company, BHM Architecture and Joseph Lawrence and Co Engineering.
Completed in July 2015, the 2 acre site boasts a pad ready out parcel along with the LFCU branch consisting of concrete, structural steel, masonry and pre-cast concrete panels. Other notable features of the facility include sustainable finish materials, LED lighting, building automation and access controls.
