Construction is complete at South Orange Retail, a redevelopment project located within Orlando’s SoDo district. Rhodes provided Design-Build services for the project as well as tenant improvement services for OrangeTheory Fitness, European Wax Center and Smoothie King. Rhodes provided Design-Build services for the project that included site demolition, environmental remediation and a new multi-tenant retail center. Rhodes has two additional Design-Build redevelopment projects under contract in the SoDo district for 2019.
Rhodes is provided Design-Build services to the developer for the 12,000 SF project which included three new vanilla shell tenant spaces.
Rhodes served as General Contractor for the 15,654 SF redevelopment which which brought some exciting new tenants to Downtown Orlando.
Rhodes provided Pre-Construction services and served as General Contractor for the Celebration Retail redevelopment project, located in Orlando’s Walt Disney World corridor. The new multi-tenant retail center is home to several new national tenants.
Rhodes is providing Pre-Construction and General Contracting services for the ongoing Deltona Plaza Redevelopment project.
Work on the 131,000 square foot shopping center is being delivered in phases with new tenants scheduled to take delivery of approximately 40,000 square feet in 2017.
A key part of the project was the redevelopment of the former Winn-Dixie Supermarket. The vacant 45,898 square foot space was converted to multi-tenant retail with Rhodes delivering a portion of the space as Grey Shell along with Tenant Improvement for the new Crunch Fitness club.
