Rhodes provided Design-Build services at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station for the new Launch Federal Credit Union branch. Launch relocated on the Air Force Station and the new branch provides a wide range of services to all its members currently stationed and working at CCAFS.

Rhodes served as General Contractor for the Alfond Boat House restoration which included exterior improvements and boat dock rehabilitation.
Rhodes was back on campus this summer, serving as General Contractor on the Pinehurst Cottage residence hall project. Originally constructed in 1886, Pinehurst is the second oldest building on campus and currently serves as a co-ed residence hall.
The project consisted of exterior improvements including demolition, new cementitious siding system, repairs to many of the architectural features and a new roof.
